1. Who is responsible for your data

TREEK.ia is the brand under which we operate. The controller of the personal data processed on this site, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD), is:

2. What data we collect

2.1. Data you give us

When you fill in the assessment form or create an account:

If you use the assessment tool, we also store the name and location of the business analyzed and your credit usage history.

2.2. Data collected automatically

• IP address and approximate location data
• Browser, device and operating system
• Pages visited, time on page and clicks
• Source of the visit (ad, search, direct link)

2.3. What we don't collect

We don't ask for or store credit card data. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe, and card details never pass through our servers. We also don't collect sensitive data (health, biometrics, religious beliefs, political opinions) or data from anyone under 18.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell, rent or transfer your data. We only share it with the services the site needs to work:

International transfer: these services process data outside Brazil. The transfer is based on art. 33 of the LGPD, and we choose providers that adopt standard contractual clauses and internationally recognized security measures.

We may also share data when required by a court order or competent authority.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use three types:

• Essential: keep you logged in to your account. Without them the site doesn't work.
• Analytics: Google Analytics, to understand which pages help and which get in the way.
• Advertising: Google Ads and Meta Pixel, to measure ad results and avoid showing the same ad to existing customers.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the essential ones prevents login. To turn off ad tracking, use your Google ad settings and your Meta ad preferences.

6. How long we keep it

After these periods, the data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

The LGPD (art. 18) guarantees you the right to:

• Confirm whether we process your data
• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct incomplete or outdated data
• Request deletion of data processed based on consent
• Request portability to another provider
• Revoke consent at any time
• Know who we share your data with
• Object to processing you consider improper

To exercise any of them, email contato@treek.tech with the subject "LGPD". We reply within 15 days. We charge nothing for this and you don't need to justify the request.

To leave the email list, just click unsubscribe in any message we send, or reply asking us to. We do it right away.

8. Security

We use HTTPS across the whole site, passwords stored with irreversible encryption and access control in the database, so each person only sees their own data. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card details never pass through our systems.

No system is 100% secure. If an incident occurs that may pose a significant risk to you, we will notify you and the ANPD (Brazil's data protection authority), as the law requires.

9. Minors

This site is intended for people over 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children or teenagers. If we identify such a registration, it will be deleted.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When a change is significant, we will let you know by email or with a notice on the site. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
